Substack's logo is the "save post" symbol with a "stack" on top, implying this is the place where you save a series of posts to read. Fairly good design. The mascot probably should have had two bands instead of one but its looseness is part of the fun.
Oh Kent! That's amazing! Well done and congrats on creating an icon that will be attached to your name, hopefully for many years to come. Unless it becomes as despised as Clippy was, in that case, my condolences. They do say though that there's no such thing as bad publicity though... Even if what they're saying is bad, at least they're talking about you. Hahaha! I look forward to finding little Stacky stamps scattered around all over Substack. Best of luck.
