That is great news. Don't do like my wife's cousin. She was eating right, and everything was great till she decided to have a piece of pizza while out with her daughters. She had to go to the ER later in the evening. When the ER doctor read her file, he told her this was not like a cheat day on a diet. So, she is sticking to what she can eat and what she cannot and feeling a lot better.
