When we were living the yaktrax life i put a old exercise bike down in the basement and i would go down there and bing watch letterkenny on blizzard days; stripping off and chucking the layers of sweats and hats and gloves as i warmed up. The only heat down there was a terrifying parabolic electric heat lamp that i pointed at the bike like the death stars superlaser
Remember the end of the original movie “The Fly”. When transformed David Hedison caught in the spiders web with the spider baring down yelled in that squeaky voice, “Help me, help me”. I think that sound is coming from the shed. Daisy and the gang are ready to be rescued and free
Glad to see you and the bike back in action! I like your new stamps, by the way! I was at the Olivetti showroom in Venice and thought about you. Designed by Carlo Scarpa, it is now a museum, no less! There will be a time when typewriters are back in fashion, mark my words!

Is it? Or will you be adding a pair of snow shoes to your bike??
It's also false spring on the south shore of Lake Ontario. Lots of bikes, ebikes and motorcycles on the roads the past couple of days.
The photograph of the bike next to the sign next to the lake prompts me to post this link to the the Wikipedia article on the SS Edmund Fitzgerald, https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/SS_Edmund_Fitzgerald?wprov=sfti1#.
Picture this…

Our snow is gone but I suspect we’ll be getting more by the weekend.
No offense to anyone and not really relevant here, but here is my free association, https://youtube.com/watch?v=E_uJfsKpCTk&si=lYTePWgFx50osE9a.
